You can return it to us within 14 days directly by post or the carrier of your choice. If the product is new and in its original packaging, we will refund the amount of your order within 14 days of receiving your item or proof of reshipment of your order.
Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging and labelling. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that has depreciated due to handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s) being returned. They must be returned complete with their various parts and accessories. They will be returned properly protected and returned by a method of transport offering guarantees similar to those offered for the initial transport, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order.
If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you will be refunded all payments received for the product(s) for which you made the request.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS?
A product does not suit you or does not meet your expectations and you would like to make a refund (excluding delivery costs).

• Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition for resale. Only textile products and accessories can be returned to us and be eligible for a refund. For reasons of hygiene, mouth guards, protective shells, consumables & food products will not be returned or exchanged. The products must be returned intact, closed, complete and in the original packaging of the order, in a perfect state of cleanliness and functioning (except in the case of a breakdown when unpacking). The product must be accompanied by all its accessories, instructions for use, guides and warranty documents.
• Packaging: The packaging must be intact, without any modification or scratches. The product must be returned in its original packaging and over-wrapping. Repackaging must be done with care, in its protective over-wrap. The cushioning must have been repositioned to allow the product to be protected during the return transport. You must not write or stick anything on the manufacturer's packaging. In particular, transport labels or coloured adhesive tapes must not be stuck to this packaging. The customer must ensure that the returned items have been received at our facilities within 28 days from the date of delivery of the order.
• Returns document: The returns form is available from your order summary in your personal area. It must be duly completed and visibly affixed to the outside of the over-wrap to allow immediate identification of the return.
• Return address: If our customer service department has sent you a free return label, you just need to stick it on the overpack without indicating an address.

• Refusal of returns: Any damaged, dirty or incomplete product, or one whose original packaging has been altered, cannot be exchanged or refunded. It will be left at your disposal at our warehouse for collection by appointment.
