Not expressing it is as bad for oneself as
for others. Here is an overview of this emotion.

      WHAT IS ANGER?

Anger is an emotional reaction that prepares us for verbal or physical
action. It is usually provoked by fear, fatigue, stress, invasion of our
territory, whether real or symbolic. anger

Guilt: Guilt is often felt after unexpressed anger.

Hyperactivity:Hyperactivity is often used to avoid leaving any
moment that might bring up anger or any other buried emotion.

Somatization: The body expresses our suffering: stomach ache
(stomach, liver. . . ), back ache, skin problem, headaches, muscle
        tension, fatigue. . .

Victimisation: rather than being angry, the victim complains and
accuses others of being the cause of all his misfortunes.

Fleeing:The person will prefer to leave the context in which they
find themselves, for fear of expressing their anger (this can be
useful for angry people who aim to calm down and come back to express
        themselves without violence).

      EXPRESSION OF ANGER

Expressing anger violently is destructive to ourselves and to others,
not expressing it is just as bad. All human beings have anger in
them. There are no good or bad emotions, they all have their reason to
exist, their importance. We often mistakenly believe that anger is
necessarily accompanied by aggression or violence, whether verbal or
      physical.

But there are many benefits to learning to express anger without
violence. For example, it is one of the best ways to prevent violence.

      The angry ones

Tempered people will usually say that they cannot control
themselves because their anger explodes without warning. This is not
completely true, there are actually small warning signs that anger is
about to explode: increased heart rate, muscle tension, sweating, change
      in breathing. . .

People with anger are very sensitive people. If you are a person
with anger, listen to your body and your impulsiveness with your
sensitivity and awareness. I assure you that with hard work and
reflection you will get better and better at managing your anger and
      your emotions in general.

      The non-angry

There is no such thing as a human without anger. One of the most
important aspects of life is to experience emotions, including anger. It
is often hidden behind all sorts of reactions, such as running away,
      spiking, distancing, silence etc.

If you think you never feel anger, your healing will begin by
identifying your emotion. Then you must learn to express them. If you
don't express your anger, it can build up in frustration, which will
damage your health and relationships in some way.

L-Carnitine plays a role in muscle recovery and therefore indirectly has
an essential role in sports performance. It is recommended to consume a
dose of 1000 to 3000 mg with each intake of L-Carnitine. It can be taken
during meals, before and after training. When combined with
carbohydrates, its ergogenic (doping) powers are increased tenfold.

You can therefore swallow your L-Carnitine supplement with a small
amount of fast-acting carbohydrates to increase the results of its
action on your body. Maltodextrin or 60 g dextrose is more than enough.
Note that L-Carnitine can also be combined with Whey Protein or BCAA's
      for more effects.

Anger is a primary emotion, like sadness, joy, fear, etc. But it is often an emotion that is disliked and misunderstood, because people often refuse to express it.
