Acai has \r\n      10 times more antioxidants than black grapes and 4 times more than \r\n      pomegranates.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>\r\n        <strong>It is one of the best sources of energy<\/strong>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Acai is an exceptional source of macronutrients. The latter include oleic acid (monounsaturated \r\n      fat - omega-9), linoleic acid (polyunsaturated fat - omega-6) and also \r\n      palmitic acid (saturated fat). Acai berries are also rich in vitamin E. \r\n      They also contain vitamin B1 and iron. A 100 g portion of frozen berry \r\n      puree has 80 kcal.
