It is \r\n      recognised as a <strong>super food<\/strong>&nbsp;for its various virtues.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>\r\n      Grapefruit seed extract, a natural antibiotic?\r\n    <\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      <strong>Grapefruit seed extract (or E. P. P. ) is rich in bioflavonoids, a \r\n      natural disinfectant, antimycotic, antiparasitic, antimicrobial and \r\n      antibacterial substance. <\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The ideal antibiotic should have a broad spectrum of action because in \r\n      many diseases the pathogens are rarely known precisely. This is the case \r\n      with grapefruit seed extract, which has an action on approximately 800 \r\n      strains of bacteria and viruses, on a hundred strains of fungi and on a \r\n      large number of parasites.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      A real &quot;pocket pharmacy&quot;, E. P. P. can be used both internally, in \r\n      prevention or treatment of numerous ailments (colds, flu, angina, \r\n      cystitis, intestinal dysfunctions etc. . . ), and externally, notably \r\n      against mycoses and warts (very common in sports halls), but also in \r\n      cases of herpes, eczema, psoriasis, dandruff, acne, insect bites etc. . .\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Contrary to &quot;classic&quot; antibiotics, E.
