In addition, this cereal contains a \r\n      large proportion of soluble and insoluble fibre, which has beneficial \r\n      effects on the digestive system. Oats are a good source of fibre for the \r\n      digestive system and help to normalise the intestinal transit. Oats are \r\n      a good source of essential vitamins such as B1, B9, B8, B5 and E. It \r\n      also contains minerals including zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese \r\n      and magnesium.
