They provide \r\n      little energy to the body but are a vital source of water for the \r\n      hydration of our cells. Eating rice or pasta before a sports session ensures a gradual \r\n      supply of slow carbohydrates to the blood and thus a steady release of \r\n      energy.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>\r\n        <h3>\r\n          <strong>Fats<\/strong>\r\n        <\/h3>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>\r\n      This group, which includes fats (butter, cream, oils), provides the body \r\n      with energy reserves <strong>and contains vitamins A, D, E and K. <\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      It is necessary to privilege the good fats called <strong>polyunsaturated \r\n      essential fatty acids<\/strong>(vegetable oils of olive, colza, avocados, dry \r\n      fruits) containing multiple benefits for the cardiovascular system<strong>,<\/strong>fighting \r\n      against the inflammation and to limit the contributions in saturated \r\n      fats of animal origin.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h2>\r\n      Sugar and water\r\n    <\/h2>\r\n    <p>\r\n      In addition, there is the <strong>group of products with a high glucose content<\/strong>, \r\n      such as <strong>honey<\/strong>, jams, sweets, chocolate and <strong>sweetened drinks. <\/strong>These \r\n      foods are not essential to the functioning of the human body and should \r\n      be consumed <strong>rely and in small quantities. <\/strong>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The group of <strong>drinks<\/strong>&nbsp;includes <strong>water<\/strong>&nbsp;but also tea, coffee \r\n      and herbal teas.
