This is not the same as the body mass index (bmi) which is a \r\n      definition of a person's obesity.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      There are two kinds of fat in the body. It is used to calculate the thickness of fat folds in \r\n      the body.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <h4>\r\n      How to measure with the skinfold forceps\r\n    <\/h4>\r\n    <p>\r\n      To take the measurement, just pinch the 4 folds including biceps, \r\n      triceps, subscapular on the scapula and subiliac at the groin with the \r\n      fat clip.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      The figures taken by the adipometer are not precise, but they can be \r\n      reliable and consistent.
