Pire, quand le corps manque trop de calories il active un mode de &#8220;survie&#8221; : il va\u00a0stocker tout ce qui est ing\u00e9r\u00e9 et il sera alors impossible de perdre les kilos superflus.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Les mati\u00e8res grasses sont l&#8217;ennemi de la perte de poids. <\/strong>Les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues autour des mati\u00e8res grasses et de la prise de poids sont nombreuses, pourtant elles sont loin d&#8217;\u00eatre les seules fautives. Les glucides jouent eux aussi un r\u00f4le majeur. Pourtant tous deux sont essentiels \u00e0 une bonne sant\u00e9, c&#8217;est pour cela qu&#8217;il faut privil\u00e9gier les r\u00e9gimes \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s sur le long terme afin de ne pas manquer de vitamines et min\u00e9raux.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Il suffit de faire des abdominaux pour avoir un ventre plat.<\/strong>\u00a0Trop de personnes se d\u00e9cha\u00eenent sur leurs abdominaux en salle de sport en esp\u00e9rant perdre du ventre&#8230; pourtant la seule possibilit\u00e9 de perdre du ventre est de suivre une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. L&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique permet de br\u00fbler plus de calories et de renforcer les muscles&#8230; mais pas de perdre les kilos superflus.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Il faut ressembler aux stars des magazines.<\/strong>\u00a0Beaucoup de gens s&#8217;identifient encore aux repr\u00e9sentations des magazines et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, et vivent avec le r\u00eave de leur ressembler.
