Ils se r\u00e9partissent en deux groupes :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Les glucides simples.<\/strong>\u00a0On y trouve le saccharose (le sucre blanc), le fructose (pr\u00e9sent dans les fruits) ou encore le lactose (pr\u00e9sent dans le lait).<\/li><li><strong>Les glucides complexes.<\/strong>\u00a0On les trouve dans les f\u00e9culents, les l\u00e9gumes ou encore les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.<\/li><\/ul><p>Pour que les glucides deviennent une source d&#8217;\u00e9nergie pour votre organisme, celui-ci va les transformer en glucose. Le glucose sera, soit utilis\u00e9 pour faire fonctionner le corps, soit stock\u00e9 dans les muscles et dans le foie afin d&#8217;\u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 lors d&#8217;un effort futur. Le glucose est alors transform\u00e9 en glycog\u00e8ne et sera \u00e0 nouveau lib\u00e9r\u00e9 sous forme de glucose lors de votre entra\u00eenement par exemple.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00c0 Savoir :<\/strong>\u00a0dans la croyance populaire il y a deux types de sucres : les lents et les rapides, qui seraient assimil\u00e9s plus ou moins rapidement par l&#8217;organisme.
