Ils peuvent \u00eatre produits par l\u2019organisme lui-m\u00eame : ce sont les acides amin\u00e9s non essentiels ; ou doivent \u00eatre apport\u00e9s par l\u2019alimentation : ce sont les acides amin\u00e9s essentiels (Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Ph\u00e9nylalanine, Tryptophane, Thr\u00e9onine, M\u00e9thionine, Lysine) 1.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Comment sont-elles synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es ?<\/h2><p>Les prot\u00e9ines sont synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es et d\u00e9grad\u00e9es continuellement au sein de l\u2019organisme. Il est donc important d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer la balance synth\u00e8se\/d\u00e9gradation afin de ne pas perdre de masse musculaire. Pour cela, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019apporter suffisamment d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019organisme, notamment d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s essentiels.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Quel est le r\u00f4le des prot\u00e9ines ?<\/h2><p>Les prot\u00e9ines ont 3 grands r\u00f4les :<\/p><p>&#8211; Un r\u00f4le structurel : Les prot\u00e9ines jouent un r\u00f4le de soutien et de construction des organes, notamment en leur conf\u00e9rant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 comme le fait le collag\u00e8ne. Elles donnent \u00e9galement aux cellules leur forme et leur structure 2.<\/p><p>&#8211; Un r\u00f4le fonctionnel : Les prot\u00e9ines sont capables d\u2019induire la synth\u00e8se d\u2019hormones et peuvent jouer le r\u00f4le d\u2019enzyme, assurant ainsi un bon fonctionnement de l\u2019organisme.
