En effet, celui-ci pr\u00e9sente l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;une fixation sup\u00e9rieure du dos, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la participation du grand dorsal dans le maintien lombo-pelvien. Certains sportifs utilisent la position bras crois\u00e9s. Pour cela, il est recommand\u00e9 de placer la barre entre le trap\u00e8ze sup\u00e9rieur et le trap\u00e8ze moyen, sous la vert\u00e8bre pro\u00e9minente.\u00a0\u00a0Cependant, ce type de squat, du fait de la position de la barre, pr\u00e9sente des d\u00e9savantages au maintien du dos et \u00e0 son int\u00e9grit\u00e9. Cela est caus\u00e9 par l\u2019engagement du buste vers l\u2019avant, augmentant ainsi le levier vert\u00e9bral. Les mouvements mentionn\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment permettent cependant de contribuer efficacement \u00e0 \u00e9liminer cette probl\u00e9matique. Pour r\u00e9duire le levier vert\u00e9bral, l\u2019on peut \u00e9ventuellement descendre la barre sur les delto\u00efdes post\u00e9rieurs et le trap\u00e8ze
