Le jumeau interne se situe sur le tubercule supracondylaire m\u00e9dial du f\u00e9mur, tandis que le jumeau externe est nich\u00e9 sur le tubercule supracondylaire lat\u00e9ral. Il y est fix\u00e9 par un tendon.<\/p><p>La jonction du muscle sol\u00e9aire et des gastrocn\u00e9miens aboutit \u00e0 la formation du tendon d\u2019Achille. Ce dernier est immobilis\u00e9 au niveau de la face post\u00e9ro-inf\u00e9rieure du calcan\u00e9um.
