En effet, pour chaque exercice, il fallait fixer une charge maximale sur une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition (1-RM). Il convient de pr\u00e9ciser que la r\u00e9alisation des pompes n\u2019a pas suivi ce protocole. Cela s\u2019explique par le fait qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un exercice au poids. M\u00eame chose pour les dips et les cordes ondulatoires qui exploitent la r\u00e9sistance de la corde.<\/p><p>Les deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me sessions se d\u00e9marquent par l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes d\u2019\u00e9lectromyographie (EMG) sur chaque participant. Ces \u00e9quipements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s au niveau des trois muscles delto\u00efdes. R\u00e9sultat\u00a0: au bout de 3 minutes d\u2019\u00e9chauffement, les intervenants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 3 contractions volontaires. Chaque contraction \u00e9tant maintenue 1 seconde chacune. 5 exercices ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s suivant une alternance al\u00e9atoire, tandis que les 5 autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s pendant une session ult\u00e9rieure.<\/p><p>Pendant chaque exercice, chaque intervenant devait r\u00e9aliser 5 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions \u00e0 une charge \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 70 % de leur r\u00e9sistance, soit 1-RM. Pour lui permettre de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer totalement et rapidement, l\u2019on a fix\u00e9 une pause de 3 minutes entre chaque exercice.<\/p><p>Pour pr\u00e9senter des donn\u00e9es pertinentes, les
