Il se fait normalement au poids du corps, sans mat\u00e9riel, mais les d\u00e9butants gagneront \u00e0 poser les jambes sur une chaise pour amorcer facilement la flexion du buste. <\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>Le crunch, mal ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 peut avoir l\u2019effet inverse de celui escompt\u00e9 : <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&gt; D\u2019un point de vue esth\u00e9tique <\/strong>le ventre se fixe en position \u00ab ventre sorti \u00bb, et nous sommes donc tr\u00e8s loin du ventre plat tant d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>&gt; D\u2019un point de vue m\u00e9dical <\/strong>il est nocif pour le plancher pelvien et ne forme pas la gaine protectrice appel\u00e9e \u00ab caisson abdominal \u00bb, qui peut exister lorsque de bons abdominaux sont coupl\u00e9s \u00e0 de bons para-vert\u00e9braux et muscles dorsaux.<\/p><p>Lorsque nous r\u00e9alisons les abdominaux de mani\u00e8re \u00ab classique \u00bb, et non pas en hypopressif, (cf sch\u00e9ma abdos classiques), nous musclons en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, seulement les abdominaux superficiels ce que l\u2019on appelle les tablettes de chocolats. Nous les musclons certes, mais nous les musclons mal.<\/p><p>Lors de cette flexion, la pression exerc\u00e9e sur l\u2019abdomen est telle qu\u2019il va y avoir un d\u00e9placement des visc\u00e8res. Ainsi, si les r\u00e8gles de la musculation en hypopressif ne sont pas respect\u00e9es, cette pouss\u00e9e sur les visc\u00e8res va exercer une <strong>pression importante \u00e0 deux niveaux :\u2028<\/strong><strong>&gt; Sur le plancher pelvien <\/strong>(descente des visc\u00e8res)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>&gt; Ant\u00e9rieurement, sur le ventre <\/strong>(pression sur tout les abdominaux). Ceci est visible puisqu\u2019en fin de flexion, on peut remarquer que \u00ab le ventre ressort \u00bb : ce sont des visc\u00e8res qui poussent sur des muscles.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em>Les Cons\u00e9quences directes sont respectivement : <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&gt; <\/strong>Un <strong>affaiblissement de ce plancher pelvien <\/strong>(p\u00e9rin\u00e9e) avec \u00e0 terme, des risques de prolapsus, descente d\u2019organes, incontinences, \u00e9jaculations pr\u00e9coces&#8230;<\/p><p><strong>&gt; <\/strong>Les <strong>abdominaux superficiels <\/strong>travaillent alors que les organes exercent une pression sur ceux-ci, <strong>ils se musclent ainsi en course externe, <\/strong>c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en \u00ab position longue \u00bb.<\/p><p>Ainsi dans tous les cas, le but des heures de musculation sont, le bien-\u00eatre, la pr\u00e9vention d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles blessures, ou, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une musculature dans un but esth\u00e9tique.
