Ces d&eacute;s de thon sont accompagn&eacute;s de fines lamelles d&rsquo;avocat, d&rsquo;algue, de noix de macadamia ou de cajou, d&rsquo;oignon rouge &eacute;minc&eacute;. Et pour le c&ocirc;t&eacute; sucr&eacute;, les hawa&iuml;ens ont rajout&eacute; des morceaux de mangues coup&eacute;es en cubes. Tout cela pos&eacute; joliment, dans un bol sur une base de riz.
