style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pr\u00e9parer la sauce tha\u00ef en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients. R\u00e9server une partie de votre m\u00e9lange. Utiliser le reste pour y faire mariner vos crevettes d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Laver et couper les l\u00e9gumes en morceaux pour la salade, en fins b\u00e2tonnets pour la carotte. Hacher l\u2019oignon en petits morceaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans une po\u00eale chaude, faire sauter les crevettes marin\u00e9es quelques minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles caram\u00e9lisent.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00e9langer les vermicelles et les l\u00e9gumes, ajouter les cacahu\u00e8tes, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te puis les crevettes saut\u00e9es. Hacher les feuilles de coriandre sur le dessus. Mais pour changer vos habitudes, et vous proposer une alternative plus exotique, le fait d\u2019utiliser la crevette permettra en plus d\u2019ajouter de nouvelles saveurs fortes \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration. De plus, d\u2019un point de vue nutritionnel, les crevettes n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 envier au poulet. Et oui, saviez-vous que les <strong>crevettes<\/strong> font partie des <strong>10 aliments les plus riches en prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> ? En effet, elles contiennent plus de 21g de prot\u00e9ines pour 100g. Sachez que le quinoa est une excellente alternative aux vermicelles, \u00e0 la fois go\u00fbteuse et riche en nutriments. De plus, cette \u201cpseudo-c\u00e9r\u00e9ale\u201d contient aussi des prot\u00e9ines, ce qui permettra de compl\u00e9ter vos apports pour la croissance ou le maintien musculaire. Vous pourrez donc revoir la composition de votre salade tha\u00ef, en rempla\u00e7ant les vermicelles par le quinoa, ou en d\u00e9cidant d\u2019en faire une version vegan, en supprimant aussi les crevettes.
