Sabri dispose donc d\u2019un entrainement qui lui est propre \u00e0 sa morphologie (points forts, points faibles \u00e0 rattraper). <strong>Cette s\u00e9ance est \u00e0 adapter selon votre objectif et votre morphologie.<\/strong>\n\n&nbsp;\n<h2>Les exercices\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<strong>Exercice 1\u00a0: Traction supination prise large<\/strong>. Sabri poss\u00e9dant les clavicules courtes, ne peut pas prendre une prise trop large sous peine de ressentir des douleurs dans les \u00e9paules.
