Directions for use
Take one scoop (8 g) diluted in 300 mL of water, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before exercise (limited to one dose per day). Mix well.

Follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of young children. Use as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not consume on an empty stomach. A daily intake of 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG) is not recommended. Do not use in case of kidney failure. Do not consume for extended periods (maximum 6 weeks). For adults only. Not recommended for those with medical conditions or taking medication; consult a healthcare professional. Not recommended for those with known cross-allergies, particularly to plants in the Asteraceae family. Keep the desiccant sachet in the jar after opening. Close the jar tightly after each use.
