Thermogenics

Thermogenic fat burners always contain at least one stimulant, usually caffeine or green tea, which stimulates the central nervous system and slightly increases the body temperature. Their most direct effects are increased sweating, reduced hunger, increased alertness and energy. They also activate the metabolism, so that the body burns more calories during exercise and at rest. They are very effective, but should be used with caution as they can cause some undesirable effects such as nervousness or palpitations.

Lipotropics

Lipotropics are formulas that generally do not contain a stimulant, but active ingredients that promote the use of stored fat and reduce the storage of calories in the form of fat tissue. They have the advantage of being very effective in low-carb diets, contain natural ingredients and do not cause side effects, so they can be used by all types of people.

Ingredients to be found in a fat burner

Thermogenic fat burners must contain at least one source of stimulant, such as caffeine. But they can also contain: black pepper, cayenne pepper or guarana.
Other non-stimulant lipotropics can thus be combined with the above ingredients and potentiate their effects on fat burning. Garcinia cambogia, l-carnitine, choline, raspberry ketones or CLA are very powerful natural fat burners, often present in most formulas.
Avoid stimulants if you have heart disease or are prone to heart disease. In this case, choose a burner with l-carnitine, cla or raspberry ketones instead.

What causes weight gain<

An unbalanced diet is automatically linked to a corruption of body composition, whether it is weight gain or weight loss. Too much calorie intake is often enough to cause weight gain, especially if those calories are from saturated fats and fast sugars. It is useful to know that it is the excessive changes in insulin levels that cause fat gain, rather than the caloric load itself. Certain medical conditions can also cause weight gain, such as thyroid disorders, diabetes, metabolic syndromes or blood circulation problems. Knowing how to regulate blood sugar levels through a diet rich in protein, fibre and good fats is an essential part of staying fit and healthy.
