How do I join the EF Club?
Simply create an account on our website to automatically join the EF Club.
How can I get free samples?
In the shopping cart, you can choose up to 2 free samples. This benefit is reserved for subscribers to our newsletter.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You receive 20 points when you create your account, then 1 point for every €1 spent* on your orders, and 2 bonus points for every €1 spent* on your sponsored child's first order.
(*excluding delivery charges).
What happened to my cashback?
Since July 15, 2025, the Eric Favre loyalty program has evolved!
From now on, you'll earn points that you can exchange for gifts.
This new loyalty program replaces the old cashback program, which allowed you to earn 3% of the value of products purchased (excluding promotions).
If you had cashback, it has been converted into equivalent points.
If you bought €100 worth of non-promotional products and earned €3 in cashback, we've converted it into 100 loyalty points.
From now on, you'll also earn points on promotional products!
How can I use my loyalty points?
In your basket, you can check your available points balance and select gifts. Simply add them to the basket!
You can choose as many gifts as you like (one quantity of each) within the limit of available points.
Already have an account?
You're automatically a member of the EF Club!
If you've earned cashback (the old loyalty system), the amount has been converted into equivalent points.
How can I see the points I've earned or spent?
Go to your account > loyalty to see the history of points added or spent.
When are my points credited?
Account creation: immediate credit
Following my order: immediate credit after order payment
Following my godchildren's first order: immediate credit after order payment
How long are points valid?
Points are valid for 1 year.
Any new credit extends the validity of all points for 1 year.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
If you cancel or return all or part of an order after points have been credited, the corresponding points obtained will be automatically deducted from your balance.
Exchanging samples or products chosen with points
Samples and gift products purchased with points are neither exchangeable nor refundable, either in points or in euros.
What are the conditions for sponsorship?
You can share your referral code with as many people as you like!
Only the first 5 referrals who place their first order with this code will be eligible for the discount, and you will receive double points on their first purchase.
