Directions for use
During a dry period: take 1 scoop of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bed.
On training days: take 1 scoop of 30g, 2 to 3 hours before sport once during the day and then before bedtime, to provide the muscles with the necessary proteins for their development and recovery.
On days off: take 1 scoop of 30g as a snack at 10am or 4pm and in the evening before bed.
To prepare the drink: 1 level measuring spoon = 30g Add 1 measure of 30g to 250 ml of cold water. Stir vigorously and enjoy.
