Add two 12g scoops to 350-400ml of water. Stir vigorously and wait 1 minute before drinking. For extra freshness, mix with chilled water.
• On training days: Take two 12g scoops in the morning, then before and after your workout to provide your muscles with the protein they need for muscle growth.
• On rest days: Take four 12g scoops per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
