Dilute one scoop (10 grams) in 200-250ml of water, 30 minutes before exercise. Stir well.

Not to be taken outside of mealtimes, and should not be consumed if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under 18 years of age. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Daily consumption of 800mg or more of epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG) is not recommended.
This product is not a medicine but a food supplement with sweetener and sugar based on plants, amino acids, vitamins and caffeine. Contains caffeine, not recommended for children and pregnant women (117,6mg / 10g).
