Metropolitan France offers exclude overseas territories and Monaco, which have their own specific rates.
For packages exceeding 70 kg or unlisted destinations, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Any customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are not included in the shipping costs.

Tracking and Receiving Your Parcels
To guarantee you the best experience, we work with recognized carriers. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, an email containing your tracking number is automatically sent to you. Here are the specific conditions for each partner:
Pick-up Point (Mondial Relay & DPD)
- Notification: Email and/or SMS as soon as the parcel is available at the pick-up point.
- Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday (depending on the shop's opening days).
- Holding period: 8 days (pick-up upon presentation of an ID).
Colissimo (Standard Home Delivery)
- Notification: Email upon dispatch and on the day of delivery.
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
- In case of absence: Dropped in the mailbox if possible, otherwise made available at the local post office for 15 days.
Chronopost (Express Home Delivery)
- Notification: Email and SMS with an estimated delivery time slot.
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
- In case of absence: Held at the post office, Chronopost agency (14 days), or Pickup point (8 days).
GLS (Home & Heavy Parcels)
- Notification: Email (and/or SMS) the day before and the morning of the delivery.
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
- In case of absence: Dropped off at a nearby partner Pick-up Point (GLS ParcelShop). Held for 8 days.
UPS (Home, Europe & Heavy Parcels)
- Notification: Detailed tracking notification via email.
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday.
- In case of absence: Second delivery attempt the next day or dropped off at a UPS Access Point (held for 7 days).
DHL Express (International)
- Notification: On Demand Delivery service (SMS/Email) allowing you to reschedule the delivery.
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (signature required).
- In case of absence: Delivery notice left inviting you to reschedule the delivery online.
European Partners
- Bpost (Belgium): Monday to Saturday. In case of absence, held for 14 days at the nearest post office or pick-up point.
- Post NL (Netherlands): Monday to Friday. In case of absence, held for 7 days at a pick-up point.
