On training days: take 1 x 30g sachet in the morning and then before and after training to provide the muscles with the protein needed for muscle development.
On rest days: take 2 x 30g sachets per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
To prepare the drink: 1 x 30g sachet. Add 1 x 30g sachet to 150ml of water or 200ml of skimmed milk, stir vigorously and enjoy.
