Body Acidification : 20 Tips To Rebalance The Terrain

by damien

The presence of highly efficient regulatory systems, buffer systems in the body allows the pH to be maintained.

The human body is equipped with this system from birth to death. Thanks to this system, our body can do a self-rehabilitation, an acid-base balance and able to heal itself without taking a drug. The longevity of our life depends on its proper functioning. That is why it is essential to take care of it.

What do we mean by ACIDIFICATION OF THE BODY?

Without being aware of it, sometimes, people do not pay attention to their diets or neglect the measures in terms of hygiene of life and this will harm the state of health of the body by sanitizing the organism.

It is especially in adulthood, or even in the forties or fifties, that the body encounters the harmful symptoms of acidosis or acid imbalance in the body.

These symptoms are often shown by general fatigue, acute heartburn pain, chronic joint pain, tendonitis and cramps, muscle palpitations or tremors. And in the long term it causes demineralisation of the body: muscles are weakened, bones become brittle and fragile, high blood pressure occurs, and the immune system becomes less effective and general fatigue begins.

To avoid reaching this stage, it is vital to change the lifestyle if necessary and start applying some elementary rules of hygiene to have a good acid-base balance. Without forgetting at the same time some radical dietary rules such as alkalizing and acidifying agents.

Without wanting to, our body is exposed to the threatening things that it encounters every day, such as the frantic pace of life, malnutrition, infectious diseases, sedentary lifestyle and the inevitable pollution of the air and water. As a result, the body activates its self-defence and self-healing if it is already affected by these. And in the absence of these disturbances, the state of the body becomes naturally balanced through a regulating organisation.

Despite acidifying actions, the body automatically works to regulate and rebalance the acid-base. To avoid and reduce the acidity of the body, it is important to follow and condition some rules of hygiene of life. This can be done with a few tips that everyone can apply in everyday life.

20 tips to acidify the body:
