What is the paleo diet?

This type of diet consists of consuming foods that have not undergone any specific processing. It refers to meat, vegetables and grains. This time all cereals and dairy products are excluded. Gluten and lactose are not included in this new eating habit.

In contrast to this concept, the vegetarian diet removes meat and fish from the list. The focus is on vegetables, cereals, fruit, eggs. . . Moreover, whatever the diet, in both cases, people who have experienced these two modes of consumption, realise the positive impact of a balanced diet on their performance. Especially since, in the world of sport, fat loss is of paramount importance.

How is the paleo diet supposed to make you feel?

The majority of products on the market do not respect the principle of a paleo diet. There are processed, chemical products. Most of them contain gluten and lactose. The paleo or vegan model is lumped together. But in the end, the goal is to know how to change one's eating habits according to one's performance and one's objectives in the sport.

Everything you experience in the paleo and vegan diet is simply beneficial for your health. The best would be to make a nice split, or test both diets to find out what differs from each other.

Establishing a new dietary reform, whether you are an athlete or not, reduces the consumption of toxic foods. But, you have to have tried it to understand!
